Property Details

To access the details of reach property you'll want to choose the Properties tab and click on the property nickname. If the unit is one of several in a multi unit address, you'll need to choose which unit you would like to access.

From the individual property you can access the details. 

• Current Balance Due -  if you're using the online rent payment option, you'll see the amount due here
• Credit/Debit Account - payment information
  • You may add an additional bank account here
• Payments - payment details for the property
• View Tenants - view/add tenants linked to the property
• Tenant Screenings - view tenant screenings linked to the property
• Maintenance Requests - view/update maintenance requests linked to the property
• Documents - organize documents linked to the property
• Property Photos - upload/organize photos for the property
• Property Listed - choose to push a listing out to our listing partners
