How to Opt Into Recurring Rent Payments

Opting into Recurring Rent Payments will allow your rent to be paid at the same day* every month without needing to log into your Tenant Portal. Here's how you opt in:

1. Log into your Tenant Portal
2. Choose the Opt In option at the top of your Rent Payments page. It looks like this:
3. If you have not set up a bank account, credit, or debit card yet, you will need to do that before opting in
   • Please note that adding a new bank account will require them to go through the HelloSign e-signature process.
4. The Recurring Rent Payments will be set for the Due Date that the Landlord has chosen in their account. You will not be able to edit that.
5. An e-signature will be sent to confirm your opt in.
6. Once that is successfully signed, your account will be opted into recurring rent payments.

If you've been opted out....

due to an update on the Landlord's side you will receive an email notification and will see this in your Tenant Portal under the Rent Payments tab:

To opt back in, please just click on that 'Recurring Rent Payments' button in red. It will take you back through the opt in option.
