Does it cost me anything to pay rent through LandlordStation?

We do charge a technology fee if you choose to pay rent online through LandlordStation. You can see a list of those below:

• ACH Technology Fee = $2.00 per transaction*
• Credit Card Technology Fee = 2.25% per transaction
• Debit Card Technology Fee = 2.25% per transaction

* If your landlord has a paid membership, these ACH technology fees will be covered as part of that membership fee.
