How to Use the Filter Option

You can filter the Messages page by:

1. Properties
2. Open or Archived Messages
3. Search Keyword

Filtering by Property

The first filtering option is to filter by Property. Only Properties that currently have a Message attached to it will show in this Filter dropdown.

You may choose from the Properties to narrow down your search.

Filter by Open or Archived Messages

Your filtering options will be defaulted to Open Messages, but you may choose All Messages or Archived Messages. All Archived Messages will be tagged for easy viewing.

Filter by Search by Keyword

You can search by a keyword to easily find a specific conversation.
