When a tenant submits a work order through their Tenant Portal, that is delivered into your account. You may update that to keep the tenant current on your progress.
If you are just updating the status, adding a comment, or adding photos, you may do that under that first page under the order.
If you need to update the assigned property, the category, priority level, or add scheduled/completion dates to work order, that may be done by choosing the Update option in the top, right-hand corner of the page.
