E-signatures make signing a lease more convenient for everyone involved. If you have a Starter or higher Membership level with LandlordStation then you will have access to the option to request E-signatures.
You will find the option under the DOCUMENTS section of your Dashboard. Under the SIGNED DOCUMENTS tab you will be able to view any current or previously requested signatures. You will also be able to request a new one.

You may choose from an existing tenant already filed in your account or add a new one. For the document itself you may upload your own document directly from your computer, choose a previously uploaded document from your vault, or upload it from Dropbox.
From there you will choose a title for the document, add the subject you'd like reflected in the email sent, and input a message to let your tenant(s) know what is expected.
An email goes out to the tenant(s) and once everyone on the signature request has signed, that document can be downloaded.
Note: If you are signing the document as a landlord and receive an error that says you do not have permission to access that signature page, please copy the link from the email you received and paste it into a private/incognito window.
