Your landlord will need to mark you as 'accepted' in their account and assign you to a property. Once they have done that an email is sent to the email address that you have on file with us. It will prompt you to create a log in password.

My tenant could not access. Tried several times but was thrown off. He's intelligent and frustrated by this. I don't wish to lose him. Please email him again. He's a doctor and is very busy.
