You can send and receive Messages with your Landlord.
To access it, you'll click on the Messages icon in your Tenant Portal:
From there you can open a New Message or answer an Open Message.
You will receive an email letting you know when you receive a Message from your Landlord. You will have access to a Quick Reply that looks like this:
that will add your text reply to the conversation without needing to log into your account. If you would like to send or view a document, you will need to log into your account.
