What is the Landlord Referral Program?

The Landlord Referral Program is available to all Landlords that currently have a LandlordStation Dashboard and would like to refer a fellow Landlord.

What steps do I take to refer another Landlord or Property Manager?

1. Choose the Refer a Landlord button in your Landlord Dashboard
2. Enter email address(es) that the Referral Code should be sent to
3. A link will be sent to the Referred Landlord that will take them to the SignUp page with the code autopopulated for them
4. Once the Referred Landlord has paid for an upgraded Membership or a Tenant Screening, a one-time coupon for 30% will be sent to your email for your next Tenant Screening purchase

What do I receive for a Referral and when?

You will receive a 30% off coupon via email once a purchase has been made by the Referred Landlord.
